Bureau of Land Management Special Agent Larry Wooten statement to Associate Deputy Attorney General Andrew Goldsmith released. Alleges BLM supervisors had a "kill book", intentionally sought the most "intrusive, oppressive, large scale, and militaristic" response to the Bundy situation, bragged about getting 3 individuals in Utah to commit suicide (in connection with Operation Cerberus), emailed out photos of Eric Parker and Cliven Bundy had X's drawn over their faces, screened employees to exclude Mormons, bragged about removing evidence and various misconduct (in connection with something called "Failure Rock" and some operation involving Burning Man), failed to disclose exculpatory evidence to the US Attorney's Office in the Bundy case. Also confirms use of snipers at the Bundy standoff in Nevada.
